Phonak’s new RightFit™ Customization process takes personalization to the next level. The brand has introduced RightFit modeling and acoustically optimized receiver selection to ensure every device is built for precision, comfort, and superior sound.
Using biometric calibration with over 1,600 ear-specific data points, the Virto R Infinio delivers a perfect fit and optimized sound performance. This process can reduce remake rates by up to 20% and make devices 15% smaller, offering a truly personalized experience.

Powered by Phonak’s advanced ERA sound-processing chip, the Virto R Infinio features AutoSense OS™ 7.0, trained with 18x more real-world sounds for 24% better environmental adaptation.
It supports SmartSpeech Technology, adaptive directional microphones, and motion sensors for improved clarity in conversations.
The device also features StereoZoom 2.0, providing 16% better speech understanding in noise, bringing its performance close to Phonak’s premium RIC models.
It supports RogerDirect™, enabling direct streaming from Roger microphones — enhancing speech clarity in group settings by up to 61%.
Universal Bluetooth® Connectivity
With Bluetooth Classic and Bluetooth Low Energy (LE) 5.3, users can stream music, take calls, and connect with multiple devices including iPhones, Android phones, iPads, and smartwatches — all without manual switching.
The myPhonak app gives users intuitive control over settings and personalization, while the dual streaming feature allows seamless connection to two devices simultaneously.
Rechargeability and Ease of Use
The new Snap and Charge case uses 360° magnetic retention, making it easy to insert and remove the devices. A full charge provides up to 30 hours of use, or 16 hours with 8 hours of streaming.
The Virto R Infinio’s IP68 rating ensures protection against dust and moisture — perfect for active lifestyles.
