1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product is unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
All original accessories, manuals, and invoice must be included.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Only products purchased through hearingaidnearme.in are eligible for return.
Non-returnable items:
Opened or used hearing aids
Custom-programmed devices
Ear moulds/ear tips
Hygiene-related products
Discounted/offers/clearance sale items
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated only after inspection and approval of the returned product.
Full or partial refund is based on the condition of the returned product.
Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
Shipping/diagnostic/custom fitting charges are non-refundable.
3. Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you may request a replacement.
Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Product will be replaced only after verification by our team.
In case the requested model is unavailable, equivalent or upgraded options may be offered.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order before dispatch.
Pre-dispatch cancellations are eligible for a full refund.
Once shipped, cancellation will be treated as return and handled as per the return policy.
